屯溪磨坊
屯溪磨坊大约出现在明代（公元1368年～1644年）的皖南屯溪地区，是一组综合性谷物加工机械。磨坊中间竖有立式水轮，水流冲击水轮产生动力，水轮中轴延长，中轴转动时既推动水砻、水磨、水碓同时工作，把稻谷脱粒并磨成浆舂成粉，成功的实现了多种作业的同时进行。屯溪磨坊的出现，标志着中国古代农业机械发展到了新的高度。
Tunxi mill is a complete food processing machine, firstly occurred in south of Anhui province in Ming Dynasty. It combine several agriculture machines, such as Shui Long (a water powered unshelling machine), water powered rice polishing device and continuous water hammer. There is only one water wheel in the mill, but it can conduct several tasks at the same time. The occurrence of Tunxi mill makes the development of ancient agriculture machines in China into a new height.
